What equipments are needed for a sock production line?

Different quantity of sock machines, the production line is different.

If you are going to start with 1 set sock machine, below items are suggested:

1.Sock Machine: making socks

2.Individual Fan Motor: suck the sock from sock machine

3.Sock Toe Linking Machine: sewing sock toe

4.Sock Boarding Machine: Ironing socks, make socks tidy and smooth

Air Compressor is suggested to buy on your local market.

If you are going to buy over 5 sets, you can just let us know how many sock machines are you planning to purchase, then the quotation sheet about whole production line with price and technical parameter will be sent to you for your reference.

What kind of materials are used to make a sock?

Main yarn: spun polyester, cotton, copy nylon,recycle cotton, nylon etc.

Inside (make socks stretchable): air covered spandex, spandex covered yarn.

Welt: Rubber

Toe sewing: nylon yarn

Can you make a sample sock please?

Yes, It will be faster and accurate if the sample socks can be sent to us.

What is production capacity of your sock machine?

About 250~400 pairs per 24 hours, according to different size and craft of socks.

Is the training offered?

1. The operation manual and installation video will be sent with machine.

2. We will have professional and experienced technicians and an after-sales team to provide you with online technical support, ensuring that your machine runs smoothly.

3. The technical videos keep updating on Facebook and Youtube.

4. If it is convenient for you, you are also welcome to visit our factory for training.

How to maintain the sock machine?

The daily maintain is cleaning the oil on the machine and remove the dust caused by yarn. It also can prevent fire by static electricity.

I guess we must have some problems in which the weaving is programmed.

We will put some chain programs in the USB which will be sent with machine, if you need more in the future you just need to share me the picture of the sock you want then the chain program will be provided.

What certificate you can provide?

The ROHS and CE certificates can be provided, and we have exported the machine to different countries all over the world, so you needn't worry about that.
